  I was involved with a very small religious group, some would call a cult.  Today I am still not comfortable with using that moniker, but I would love to be able to speak with people who have come out of similar experiences. 

   

  How have you adjusted back into "real" life?  Do you go to church? Have you rejected everything you once accepted, or do you still hold on to some of it?  Do you feel like you are trying to deprogram yourself?
